We had a septic tank that was backed up, and BOI Septic initially had no one available until Monday. However, when they found out how urgent our situation was, they came to the rescue! A huge thanks to the BOI Septic admin team, who let us know they would have an operator out to us in the morning.It is now 11:28 AM, and Sarah is already on her way back. Sarah was extremely considerate of our lawns, and we can't thank her enough for that. She opted to reverse up our driveway rather than risking a messy lawn. We’ve had accidents happen doing this exact same thing in the past, but she knows her vehicle well and managed it perfectly on the first try.After the payments were squared away, she went straight to the job at hand and completed it in less time than it takes to get our Wi-Fi going properly... Well done, Sarah! After draining the septic, she also noticed the kitchen drain pipe was clogged and cleared that up as well. We thought the slow drain was just normal because the last guy we used a few years back didn't bother to check. Sarah has a lovely personality, an excellent work ethic, and great attention to detail.We highly recommend BOI Septic, and if you're lucky enough to get Sarah, know you are in good hands.
